1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of order confirmation and payment.
- Custom, personalized, or bulk/export orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier and logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on order value, weight, and destination.
- You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
3. International Shipping / Exports
- We export our products to customers and businesses worldwide.
- Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 10–25 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the courier or freight partner used.
- International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, order weight/volume, and shipping method, and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation or invoicing.
- Bulk and export orders may be shipped via sea or air freight, as agreed between the buyer and The Canary Exports, with terms specified in the relevant invoice or agreement (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).
3.1 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient/buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable charges before placing an order.
3.2 Export Documentation
For bulk and commercial export orders, we provide standard export documentation (such as commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin, where applicable) as agreed with the buyer.
4. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance procedures;
- Courier or carrier delays;
- Natural disasters, weather conditions, or public holidays;
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
We are not liable for delays caused by such factors but will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and assist in resolving any issues.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via email or phone. You can use this information to track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any charges for re-shipment due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (or actual delivery, in case of damage) with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged package/product. We will work with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue through a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy, in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Multiple Shipments
In cases of bulk orders or orders with items from different production batches, we may ship your order in multiple packages. You will be notified if this applies to your order, and no additional shipping charges will be applied for split shipments unless otherwise communicated.
